Here is what is happening with Ruthie as a one year old!
-She weighs almost 21lbs and is 28ish inches long. She's 58ish% for weight and 33ish% for height and 87% for her head. She's slowly starting to even out. :) I'm sure going to miss those rolls when they go away though!
-She's a walker! She started taking steps a couple of months ago, but really started to take off the week of her birthday. Goodness, she looks so cute walking around.
-She has five chompers!
-She still loves to eat. You best not eat in front of her without giving her something. She will yell...loudly.
-She says mama, dada, bubba, hot, hi, dog, ball, and has said Trey. She also talks a lot of gibberish and nods her head like we should know what she is saying.
-She's feisty and loud, but so, so, so sweet.
-She loves dolls. She's always rocking and kissing them. She also loves her little people dolls. Looking in the mirror and stating, "Ahhhhh...." is also a favorite.
-We are still nursing. Not as much, but we are going to try and continue through cold/flu season if she wants to and then begin the weaning process.
-I love watching her play with her brothers. She has such a fun relationship with Brohdy. They are both strong willed. They love each other, but she will yell at him and Brohdy likes to to tell her no. I have a feeling that there might be some conflict in their future. Trey is so patient and sweet with her. He balances out the chaos. :)
She is so fun and sweet. I'm so thankful that we have this little girl in her family! Here's to hoping that the next year goes by much slower!!
